The big question now becomes: How much did Weis have to do with Tom Brady’s development? Cassel is in a similar situation with not much experience so I think everyone wants Weis to prove he had a lot to do with his transformation.
I’m not quite sure where he’s going with that Collier statement. Collier currently holds the title of assistant GM and comes from (among several other places) New England where he coached the defensive backs.
