2009.....The Year In a Photo
I got in the mood as I sat down to the computer tonight, to sum up my feelings of the 2009 Chiefs season thus far. Its one of hope for wins that have not come. Its one of hope for a return to the Arrowhead of years past that never showed up for me. Its a mood that I’m not familiar with , and I like many of you, have been a Chiefs fan for a long long time.
As I browsed the memory chip in my camera, I happened upon this little jewel, and I think it says it all.
I don’t remember taking it, I don’t remember if it was before or after a game. But to me it says all of what I feel.
As for that pretty young girl? Well I wonder what she is thinking.
Did she get dragged to the game with her boyfriend? Is this a regular thing with her family? Is she thrilled to be at Arrowhead finally, or disappointed to be one of the few who made the effort ?
What do you think Addicts? What are your thoughts about the season thus far? What do you think this young Chiefs fan was thinking?
I would like to encourage Chiefs fans to fill the stadium this weekend, as we remember the life of Derrick Thomas. It should also be a good game. Let’s fill the seats and get LOUD!!!
