Breaking News: LJ To Bengals
ESPN’s Michael Smith indicates LJ is on his way to Bengals HQ with the intent to sign with that organization. That would be a very interesting turn of events since we play the Bengals at Cincinnati on Dec. 27th.
TWITTER UPDATES: Bengals Coach Marv Lewis indicates that LJ will not step on any other RB’s current roster positions, so LJ will likely be the fourth running back.

Interesting yes. I’m also a bit surprised that Philly didn’t get him.
November 16th, 2009 at 1:01 pmThat is a good “rehab team” for him to go to. Hopefully the Bengals treat him like all the other convicts on the team!
November 16th, 2009 at 1:14 pmBenson is the clear cut number one and wont like splitting carries (a la Thomas Jones). Johnson won’t like being number two. Can you say turmoil? Chemistry problems?
Bad move by the bungles.
November 16th, 2009 at 1:15 pmdidnt think of that JH . heh heh heh
November 16th, 2009 at 2:09 pmI am really surprised Philly didn’t try to pick him up. He is a native isn’t he? Either way i am NOT surprised he is trying to sign with a team that we still have to play. I am shocked his agent didn’t try to get him onto the Denver squad since we have to play them twice yet!
November 16th, 2009 at 2:15 pmI dont see him working for Philly any better than he worked for us. They dont seem to be able to make the big holes offensively either.
November 16th, 2009 at 2:19 pmBenson’s injury must be pretty bad for them to sign LJ.
November 16th, 2009 at 2:53 pmLJ’s Not Our Problem Anymore…Take EM Bengals Cause We R Gonna Tear U UP!!!!
