The price the Chiefs would have to pay for him would be too much. Perhaps after the Chiefs get a new NT, LB corp, SS, FS, C, RG, RT, WR, TE, and RB they could then use their draft picks to trade for a luxury like Cribbs.
i would give up one of our second round picks and probally throw in a 6th round pick. nothing more, because we have to many other holes. He really would hepl us with our field postions.
Any play maker is has a spot on my team, so the Chiefs should take a look at acquiring him. Plus he has some New England connections with Mangini being his head coach....the Chiefs cannot make roster moves unless there is a New England or Arizona connection.
I really like Cribbs. I'd see what he could do at SS, RB and WR, just to see.
The issue is trade value. If Cleveland made this kind of move, it'd be a move for the future, likely in the form of draft picks. I don't see the Chiefs having anybody worth trading that they would want to trade, even though I've been spoutin' about Josh Cribbs for MONTHS, because I just think he's a great football player.
