I actually agree that the money element is a fair point. At the same time, everybody reaches their breaking point where the money doesn't matter anymore. I mean it's kinda like, are you a whore or are you a man?

I think its great. These are grown men we're talkin about. Grown men being paid millions of dollars. If they can't handle being yelled at and having F-bombs thrown at them, then I don't care how big and tough they are, they're pussys. Suck it up or go play for a different team. We'll find men who don't cry cause coach said a bad word.

I wonder if the refs grew so angry and tired of hearing him rip them apart with f bombs that they called terrible penalties despite him. I remember him saying "thats how the f you play qb brodie!" in Baltimore when he threw that touchdown. If his team is playing to the level of his satisfaction, he is less likely to tongue lash them.

I want the team to play better too. I feel like the guy is a breath of fresh air for this franchise. Remember Haley's press conference after last weeks collapse? He put as much blame on himself as he possibly could because he understands the buck stops with him. How many times did you hear Herm do that after 26 losses the last 2 years? How many tired cliches about young players and their lack of experience and how you have to live with their mistakes did you hear the last 2 years? Haley will not tolerate that at all. You are paid a hell of a lot of money to block and not hold, to catch the ball, to not fumble, to not throw interceptions, to tackle, to know where you're supposed to be. If you don't, it's unacceptable and you will be replaced.

I use the f bomb a lot too. It's just part of my normal speech I guess and perhaps even moreso in the heat of battle but if I do, I find it's more effective to toss an "eff" at the situation rather than the persons involved.

As a vet, I'm sure you'll be the first to admit that boot camp is the best time for busting chops, as opposed to when the bullets are flying. For me, I guess it alls comes down to the whole "grace under pressure" thing.
