He was cut by New England, who performed their OWN right tackle search this spring, because O'Callaghan missed 2008, after a(nother) shoulder injury. Looks like he has a shot, but this doesn't look like a sure-thing cure to RT ills. Nevertheless, NE fans assure me that this was a very good player when he was healthy, but his shoulder forced NE to go in another direction, and he was beaten out.
