The lack of a distinction between the players and the head coach was part of the problem in the past.  There is a distinction because there needs to be a distinction.  I share your opinion that these 2 haven&#039;t done anything yet.  However, because they are the ones who have to evaluate who is progressing adequately, they are the ones who have the arrowheads to hand out.

If they get theirs by being the bosses, then they are no different than players--an approach we are all sick of.</description>
