Seriously? Kc still has one of the youngest rosters in the nfl. you listed vets, yes, but vets signed mostly to one year contracts. Not to mention, they replaced, Surtain/D.Edwards/Huard

Brown is only 31, and seeing how long harrison played, i wouldnt put it past him to have a decent season.

KC is on the right track, the youth movement is still going on, because we are still replacing a lot of these vets in the next 1-2 years....KC is in a transition youth movement for another draft, maybe two.

Lets see...

We got Mike Vrabel, Zack Thomas, that 36 year old wide reciever, and now Mike Brown.

Who's next? Michael Strahan? Jeff George? (haha Whitlock!)

I guess the youth movement was a bust (2-14).

Yeah Brandon Albert is working hard!

Did anybody hear the Chiefs signed 31 year old Safety Mike Brown? How did I miss this?

2000-signed
2004-achilles injury-missed 14 games
2005-calf injury-missed 4 games
2006-lisfranc fracture-game 6 IR rest of season after surgery
2007-blown knee-in game 1-missed rest of season
2008-calf injury-game 15-done

Out of the last five seasons he has played in 35 of 80 games. While I will say he has great veteran knowledge, he should be coaching, not playing even as a backup safety. I hope he don't get really badly hurt.
