You’re killing me with the vlog! I can justify reading AA while at work but it’s tough to sit around and watch 5 minute video clips! Damn you Drama!
Keep em coming! I think we will win TEN
Randy I’m pretty much an optimist buy 10?? I hope you’re right man!
Saleaumua, there will be a new post out today at some point about the sked. Early this week, vlogging has just worked out well. But that is one reason to mix it up for sure. I realize a lot of people can’t do vlogs during the work day. Thanks for the input.
meant (but ten) not buy ten. oops.
you lost me at “the giants arent gonna be contenders”. They have the best D-line in football, and its not even close.
5-11
adam, thanks for the vlog. you might try http://www.vimeo.com for uploading. they don’t have a ‘max-out’ time, so you could post your entire video as one…and it’s free.
i’m not an employee with them or anything, but i use the site every week.
thanks for all you do
I’m with you DD. 7 wins would be a shock to me. I’m curious which teams you see us beating. I have us beating the Raiders both games, home against the Donks and Bolts and at Cincy.
Adam, one disadvantage to vlogging is that we can see you. Lose the shirt man…is that glitter?
You have lost all my respect. What man has a tattoo over his heart, maybe a better question to ask is who wears v necks?
adam u can wear a dress next time for all i care…good analysis..dont agree with you completely..i see us getting 7 wins
Great break down, gotta love Express glitter-wear. Agree with the close to/or at 500 mark. I don’t see us doing the dramatic turn that Miami and Atlanta pulled off last year and that is okay by me. Sets us up for a decent spot in next years draft for some serious talent, like Selvie or Taylor Mayes. Either way, looking forward to football season! GO CHIEFS!!!
You lost me when you said the giants are not contenders and then again when ‘merriman is done, and then again when we can’t beat the chargers at home. I see us with a 10-6 record and we beat our hole division at least once.
Predicting wins and losses before the draft? My friend, you have some serious balls.
That is glitter. Jesus F. Christ.
I missed what he was saying because of that gay ass shirt he was wearing. Maybe you belong in San Francisco!
A.) I never said we couldn’t beat the Chargers at home. I said on the road.
B.) I was on a date last night, and she re-upped for Saturday. So I could give two you know whats. But, for the record, it’s distressed gold.
C.) This is why I’m glad I live in Austin — not Kansas City. Love the city and my Chiefs, but the place is just behind the times more often than not. San Francisco is actually a great city, FYI.
D.) Can always re-visit the sked after the draft.
E.) What better place to have a meaningful tat than over your heart?
F.) I might wear a dress if I think it will bring in enough traffic. No shame in my game.
G.) Oh, and Merriman is done. Put a fork in that brother. He’s got a Lester Earl knee. Remember him from KU?
So now why is KC behind the times? Because some people made fun of your shirt?
I think we can beat the chargers anywhere lets remember they never play well against us.
As for the shirt I thought It was fly (for the record)Oh and KC is not “behind the times more often than not” is just some old dudes in here with no sense of style, don’t put it on KC.
I honestly laughed at people making fun of me. It’s all good. If you can’t roll with the punches in life you have issues. I was pretty much joking around about, K.C., too. It’s almost just like Austin, except colder and not quite as young. That’s just what people from the coasts say when they want to diss the City of Fountains. Now back to football
Gonna have to wear either my jersey or plain tees from here on out to keep us on topic.
uh… yeah… uh, you know, long time reader uh… first time uh… poster, you know? these vlogs are uh… yeah… uh… painful. you know?
KC’s behind the times, says the glitter wearing San Francisco advocate. hmm.
(7 wins would be nice. make it worse, the bears have the easiest sched in football, so cutler’s gonna look like a non-glittery rock star)
Thanks for reading, owithurts. Certainly entitled to your opinion.
Adam, 6th street is great, but doing a “Pub Crawl” in K.C. rocks. I used to live between the Grand Emporium and The Uptown Theater. Talk about knee deep! Westport was a block down. Now here in Texas I’ve done the ROT the last 8 years running and it’s a blast.
I was disappointed the Chiefs aren’t playing the Cowboys in Texas Stadium, I was hoping to rock my Derrick Thomas jersey in Jerry’s new brothel.
Going .500, wow. I know it’s before the draft, but I can’t see the draft changing us that much this year. The guys from last year should be better, and next year for this draft class. But I figured 6-10. As I side note, I thought 6-10 for last year also. I just hope I’m not pipe dreaming like last year.
To add, with Vrabel and Thomas added to our D, and the new guys having a year under their belts, I think we can’t help but improve. If we can get 2 years out of MV and ZT to give leadership on the D, our other guys can really learn. Add some good draft picks for the D during that time and they will be solid.
Merriman may still have some gas in the tank but I agree with you, he’s done. He might make it through the season but he won’t be the force he was and while the will might be there the body won’t follow.
The Giants O might be lacking some this year, but their D is solid. That game is early enough in the year they shouldn’t have a bunch of banged up players. So I hope (and pray) our Chiefs can make it out of that game intact.
How did we get the AFC North AND the NFC East in the same year? Who did we piss off? But I guess we can’t play the Raiders, Browns and Lions all season.
sgt_ducttape good point. We won’t get good by playing mediocre (at best) teams. We all want to see W’s but more important to have our players gel and learn how to perform against legit teams.
