The Chiefs are doing what any good team/business would do. To get LJ in line you stop playing nice nice. You file the grievance, and let him know you are not f'n around. If you lose, he stays and run him into the ground. If you win, you can cut him, but you need to think about it. LJ is our best runner. If LJ is given the ball, he will run mad. I say keep him and run him into the ground. Do not cut him. If you can find a trading partner well that is another discussion. Don’t be so sure LJ is gone.
