Heh. A lot of hair-splitting on the #58 pick! Funny to visit here, since the last comments were made shortly before the Cassel deal. If LB is a severe need in this day and age, you haven't taken care of business. It's too easy to find quality players at that position to justify a #3 pick (or #2 or #4).

Thomas and Taylor in their day were something special. QBs are faster, these days. Being vastly superior physically, so they could run down plays from behind all day long was REALLY special. That kind of physical dominance just doesn't apply to LBs these days.

Sippionesia: This condition is noted for the patients inability to recall failed predictions, while claiming credit for what he believes were correct predictions. Advanced cases involve the patient twisting himself into knots trying to explain (when challenged) why an incorrect prediction was not really his fault, but the blame lies with coaches, other players, Front Office etc.

KCDan,

Nice one on that AFC West disease. Will have to work up something special on that one. Might even have to bring our sister sites into the fold.

Wow Adam, way to come back swinging! But you forgot, 'Secretly jealous of every AFC West team that has made it to the Superbowl in my lifetime' disease'. I hope Dr Pioli can prescribe some treatment for that.
