In the 2007 SB David Tyree made the clutch catch and Eli chose the Escalade Hybrid.

Baldy, Tyler Thigpen was the first QB for the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers. He went 30-8 with them and holds all records (there was no one before him).

If we are going to get another TE, and we will eventually, why not get one to be mentored by the master? A good blocker and passing threat down field would be money. Not just another offensive lineman.

Check Manning's stats (either one really) his first year wasn't awe inspiring. Eli's roolie year the crowd loved him in the first half of the season. He got worse thru the season. But Tiki and Plaxico put Eli on the map. Truly, before the 2007 season, the G Men were 25-23 (01-06) and had lost the 2 playoff games they went to. Coughlin was against the wall contractually. But Strahan set the sack record and Tiki lead the league in rushing. Somehow Eli was SBMVP.
Eli 2005 75.9 passer rating (23rd in the league) his first full season. In 2006 he had a passer rating of 77.0 (18th in the league). In his SB season he had a 73.9 regular season passer rating. His career passer rating against active NFL QBs is 76.1 (26th). Below that of the likes of Damon Huard 80.6 (22nd).
