D how can you possibly say that none of that is a coaches fault? His bad decisions lead to a morale decline that cause "eff ups". Thats my opinion.

Good points Vrod. I'm right there with you buddy. We had the Pats dead to rights too!

Randy - can you honestly say that any of the usual knocks on Herm i.e, "bad clock management, bad time outs, bad challenges, conservative offense" had anything to do with the outcomes of last seasons' games?

No you can't because more often than not, players either dropped balls that should have been caught, made stupid plays, gave up major yardage on third or long, or didn't make the necessary stops when the game was on the line. None of those eff ups involved "second half adjustments," or any other form of "bad coaching."

Need I start in with our lack of protection on the right of the OL and how that led to a lack of a running game and the rotation of banged-up quarterbacks we had to endure? Or how about that fabulous group of linebackers that everybody was so high on going into the season?

Don't even go there with me.

I'm going to Disney Land!

Wost GM to best GM in damn near less than a month.

I deserve this after 20 years. I remember 1989!

I feel like Morgan Freeman in Shawshank redemption. He is set free after 20 or more years in prison. He is so "institutionalized" he doesn't know what to do with his new found freedom.

I guess a lot of you guys feel like that.

I guess we gota go find Tim Robbins building a boat or something?

Well whatever happens, I still think we have a shot of at least winning the division next year. SD is starting to age and for some god for saken reason they are talking about trading LT! Denver well, they showed how great they aren't at the end of this season and the Raiders are........a bigger mess than our beloved Chiefs. I don't care if they did win 3 more games than we did.

I am just reiterating that if we hold on D during the Jets, both SD, the Donkey game, kill the ben gals and maybe hold off Miami, our record would have been what, 8-8 and we hosting a playoff game instead of watching the bolts slide in. I still say you absolutely cannot blame a coach for the players missing tackles. Of course that is assuming Herm is coaching them good in practice which TG seems to say he is. So are you calling our beloved Tony a liar? I seriously doubt he would back Herm if he was as bad as almost EVERYONE on my favorite site seems to think. Did he make bad decisions, sure. That is not challenge. Can you actually name a coach that did NOT make a bad move this year? No you can't, don't even try.
