Carl’s Goodbye Press Conference

At 3:30 p.m. today Carl Peterson will make his farewell press conference at Arrowhead in Kansas City.

The Kansas City Star will have live audio for those of you outside the area if you want to tune in.

Will Carl be a Dolphin soon?  Rumors have been circulating after his apearance on the sidelines last week of the Dolphin game that he could be in line to replace Parcells or work in some other capacity.  Maybe we will get some insight into these issues.  Either way its another page being turned in Chiefs history despite mixed feelings about the formerly longest-tenured GM in pro sports.

    I don’t care how long the guy has known Carl…any person willing to swap the Tuna for King Carl should probably see a neurologist. Poor dolphins. Oh well better them than us. Wish I had a press pass to ask him about the infamous “5 Year Plan” Sign incident. That still cracks me up.

    I appreciate what Carl did for this city his first decade so I felt bad for him when he said he read everything they wrote…Wonder if he looked right at Whitlock when he said it…

    Also, Derrick Thomas *crosses self* is a finalist for the HOF again…if he makes it we must take an Addict Roadtrip…
