Deep Thoughts: Herm On DaJuan

by Chiefs

“He’s probably not playing as much as we’d like,” – Herm Edwards on rookie DaJuan Morgan

Last time I checked, you were the head coach of the Chiefs. If you want to play him more, just put him in the game, you D.A.

Spermin'? LOL..hopefully, he's spermin' out something else besides football coaches if he's still making babies/ Pretty sure he's done.

I think Herm has a place on TV. He loves to hear himself talk and is great at being Captain Obvious, which I'm pretty sure that's exactly what they look for.

Come on Clyde, Brady CANT play more. NFL coaches shouldnt use the word "probably" around things they have total control over, what a DA thing to say Spermin' Edwards witticisms rock dont they?

Frankly Herm's quote is probably the most D.A. of all D.A. quotes. He "probably" is not playing as much as they would like? WTF? Does Herm know if he is playing? Who would be responsible for playing him? If Herm can't communicate the simplest of ideas, what must it be like to be coached by him. Geeeez, I am totally disgusted with the screwed up mess the Chiefs have become.

Clyde, that is the worst comparison I have ever heard in my life. You are comparing a guy on IR to a totally healthy guy the coach wants to play but just won't. I think he's saying that he is as good as he thought he just isn't playing him because he isn't playing him. Don't give Harm too much credit.

He isn't playing as well as he could because he's obviously not as good as he thought. Or he's not developing as well.

That's like saying Belichick saying he wishes Brady would play more is an idiotic quote...

Don't worry too much, because if Herm is in place we'll win no more than six. Hell, we had a cupcake schedule this year and have only won two with four to go.

I wonder how many we win next year

Yea, silly way to say it...maybe say "he hasn't stepped up to the challenges we have presented in practice quite as well as he should to justify playing him more, but he's a rookie and he will come along just fine if he keeps working hard" haha...political talk...

It's just idiotic for a coach to say one of his players isn't playing as much as he would like him to. I mean, he's the guy who decides who plays and who doesn't. Has nothing to do with my view -- just a retarded quote.

If Herm decides he's not playing it's probably because he's not developing as well as they want/thought. Knock him for drafting him, not for not playing him.

Judging by the post I'd imagine you want him to play. Is he replacing Page or Pollard?
