I am tired of the REBUILDING excuse. Teams who rebuild admittedly can lose some games, but we have lost way too many.

Are we going to be perrineal losers:

Is Detroit rebnuilding every year?

How about the Bengals?

Browns?

The Cards?

You can get younger without getting crappier.

The coaching sucks. Herm has to go.

By the way, the mark of a good coach is someone who has coaches under him go on to succeed in other places;

No, becuase he sucks, and cannot implement a good philosphy or coaching style for other coaches under him to succeed.

His philosophy simply does not work
