AADQ: Raider Week

AUTHOR: Adam Best | IN: AADQ | COMMENTS: 11 Comments

It’s Raider Week, baby? Why is a die-hard Chiefs supporter like me so chipper after that 54-point beatdown? Because it’s Thanksgiving time and I’m thankful that I’m not a Raiders fan. No matter what, I know that as long as the Silver and Black have that glorified corpse pulling the strings, we have a better chance of making it back to the Big Game.

How thankful are you that you’re not a Raiders rooter?

So true. No matter how bad it gets in the next few months, at least we can be pretty sure that our owner isn’t wearing a diaper and gumming on stewed carrots.

  2. Saleaumua says:

I’m so thankful I’m not an AFRAIDers fan it makes me delusional! Kind of like Gunther thinking a scrub like Jason Babin is going to get close to the quaterback (Jason if you read this I apologize but let’s be honest…if not for all of the injuries to the Chiefs you would probably be chillin on a practice squad).

  3. Randy says:

Raiders fans dont know what its like to have a home like Arrowhead. Third largest in seating area in the NFL, 23rd largest stadium in the nation. $400 million in renovations, she is guaranteed to be our home for another 20 years and beyond. Raiders can only dream about something like that.

  4. Eric Crane says:

    $400 million Randy?

Anyway, I’m glad not to be a Raider fan for a lot of reasons.

    1. Glad I don’t have to worry about getting stabbed before, during or after the game.
    2. All the wanna be little gangsters in my youth wore Raider gear…the requisite Raider cap (adjustable) with the green under the bill – something you can buy at any shitty gas station was prevalent as well as the weak Raider starter jacket.
    3. Raider fans are scumbags.
    4. Raider Hater parties in KC before the games rock.
    5. Al Davis.

  5. Randy says:

$375 million plus the crap they will have to redo plus $185.00 for my customized brick Craniac.

  6. MasterBlaster says:

    Everything Crane said plus

    6. A shot to chit salary cap. Paying scrubs 50 million dollarish contracts to be 3-8.

Oh and check this chit out. I live in Vegas now. Home to a plethora of reject Raiders fans. Anyways, I sat down at the end of a bar while I waiting to do a run (limo driver) and had the girl switch to the chiefs game. Not 30 seconds after I did that, 2 thugish Raiders fags came over, sat down and told her to turn it to the Raiders game. If it was wasn’t for the fact that they didn’t realize I just said to switch it to a chiefs game, that I only had time for 20 min. of the game, and the fact I wasn’t spending any money in the bar (glass of water)………….I WOULDA CHOPPED THEIR DAMN HEADS OFF!!! Im still pissed about that. I still caught the first 20 min. on a smaller TV. But still, there must have been a way I could have turned that into a brawling blood bath. Nutz.

BTW…if you ever see CNN headlines that say…”crazed limo driver assaults raiders fans in local bar” You’ll know who it was.

  7. Whir says:

Here’s to hoping the Chiefs put a beatdown on that black-soul organization. Last time we played, our offense was a joke. We can at least score some points now. I hope D-Bowe, Gonzo, and LJ (not to forget Thigpen) turn that trashy piece of prison yard in Oakland into a piece of scorched earth.

  8. Randy says:

Way to rein it in Msster B! The thuggish prefix not necessary kind of like saying a fat sumo wrestler.

  9. Double D says:

The Kansas City experience: Smelling those ribs just a-smoking away on Sunday morning when your still 20 minutes away from the stadium.
The Oakland experience: Smelling those rubber tires just a-burning away no matter what day of the week it is.

  10. USN_Chiefs58 says:

this is a must win for us. the faiders embarrassed us in ARROWHEAD, now its time to run the table on their thug asses.

also i heard a little rumor over at warpaint illustrated that san diego st. was interested in herm as their coach next year. it would be a great way to get rid of him and return him to his alma mater. any one else heard anything to this?

  11. Randy says:

I havent been this excited since I heard the rumor that Bonnie Slater wanted to kiss me in the 3rd grade OH GOD that would be cool. I think he would be a good college coach I always thought that.
