Dude, the Canadian comment is lame. Some of us happen to be Canadian. Regardless, i still think the bills/miami game in Canada is pretty weak. The nfl can be a petty big sell-out even in it's best moments.

AA, as a regular reader I finally registered to give you some of my feedback. I now live in Texas but grew up in KC. I have been, and continue to be a KC fan.
Having said that, let me tell you that you are not wrong. Harm wasn't anything in NY. Now he has taken a 10-6 team and dismantled it into a pathetic, non-performing, mess of a "professional" team. We don't make bad decisions, we make horrid decisions. This starts from way before the draft. Who does our scouting talent? They need to be taken behind the woodshed and then left there.
I want to know one thing, how long do we need to "rebuild"? How long will it take to reach even .500 ball? If we continue to do the same thing over and over and expect things to come out differently, isn't that really just insanity?
King Carl said early in the season he was just providing the type of players the Coach wanted. Just like what happened for the other previous coachs. But the choices we continue to make are coming back to haunt us again and again. The only real good player we havn't let go was Tony G. We keep trying to gain better, younger players. But all we end up doing is experimenting and failing. I believe it it all starts at the top. We need smarter people scouting these players. You can't tell me it's just that other teams get lucky at finding players. Scott Pioli improved every team he ever worked for in any capacity. He helped the Bills to 4 Superbowls back in the day. He improved the Colts and now has the Patriots being considered a dynasty. That wasn't luck for him, he is good. The coach there has become a benefactor of the players they get him.
We are stuck with people who repeatedly make bad decisions year after year and are not held accountable for their work. The head coach has not really claimed responsibility, he lays it at the players feet. The GM just wrings his hands and says he just trys to give the coach what he wants. The rest of the head office has been given a free pass and fails at their job, anonymously.
We suck. From the top down. Nothing changes until the faces do. We've changed damn near everything from starting from the bottom. My point is, that is not where the problem is. If we win against the Bills, it will be in spite of the coach and everyone above.
