I’m not one to jump on the “fire Herm” bandwagon just yet, but I do think that when the chips fall at the end of the season, we will be cleaning house. This business is about winning, period. 1-18 in 19 games is simply unacceptable. His players fight for him and love the guy to death, but it’s time for a change. Tony Sparano and Mike Smith took over some pathetic teams and with the assistance of mentally stable management, have righted the ship. It will be good to give another coach a crack at it. Then again, I think Clark and Herm have enough of a rapport that Herm will get a get out of jail free for this year considering the injuries (may or may not be conditioning) and youth movement. Hopefully Clark wants to spend some cash in the offseason, there are some decent FA’s coming free and we’re boko bucks under the cap….
