Meet The Girl LJ Will Be Buying Something Nice For
Larry Johnson is now being sued by his accuser, Lawrence’s own Ashley Stewart.
From the KC Star-
The woman, Ashley N. Stewart, told police that Johnson intentionally spit his drink in her face and threatened to kill her boyfriend.
Monday’s lawsuit does not seek specific monetary damages, only an amount that is “fair and reasonable to be determined by the jury.” Stewart’s lawyer, Kirra N. Jones, said her client’s injuries are real.
“She has been subjected to not only the initial incident, but the humiliation that stemmed from that,” Jones said. “Basically, what we seek to do is to hold Larry Johnson responsible for his actions and hopefully send a message to him and the community that this is not going to continue.”

This is just a simple example of a gold digging litigous Ho from Lawrence.
The irony is spitting water/beer/etc on someone is technicaly battery. But the lawyer can shove the intentional/negligent inflicion of emotional destress and Assault up his bunger. I doubt the girl was in imminent fear of being spit on. Oh and negligence? what the hell duty does LJ owe to a Lawrence Ho in a bar?
Ok ok spitting on someone is battery. Hell blowing smoke in someones face is battery. So lets check the true damages and give the girl 5 bucks outa LJ’s pocket, or maybe pay for the drycleaning on the clothes she was wearing that night.
