I respect Herm for not being only the Players/Friend Coach and showing some tough love. It's the glory that LJ craves but it's also a reward to be on the field every Sunday. He needs to figure this out right now! He's an awesome player but the free pass for talent may soon expire. However, if he shows up to all team functions and works his butt off...let him play on Sunday to get that fire back in him.
