I never said they have not been mis-managing the team recently. I disagree over the "for the past 20 years" comment. I mean we were the team to set the record for most consistent trips to the playoffs with Marty at the helm. Of course he has a history of NOT winning in the playoffs, so we never made the final step. The problem started when Gunther became HC after Marty. We have had a mismanaged since then and not before. Maybe Carl does need to go, but I REALLY liked his drafting the last two years. I think he is listening to the other coaches, then his gut before making the final decision on the picks and so far the last two, maybe three drafts have produced some good quality and hopefully hall of fame players. I hate this losing streak as much as anyone, but we have to start over to get to a NE or IND or NY state of mind in the playoffs and winning every year. Hold on! I've been cheering for the Chiefs for the past 25 years of my life and I've given them blood, sweat, tears, and hard work over the past year and a half with my blog, so I think I count as a REAL fan.
