What’s sick is wanting to continue to waste time on a 35-year-old career back-up and Brokie “Mr. Glass” Croyle. Croyle already is not the answer. I think anybody who is being honest with themselves will make the same realization.

What good does having an MVP QB do? Three Championships, Four Super Bowls and 128 consecutive starts, not to mention a few shattered NFL records along the way. I’d say quite a bit. Maybe I’m just nuts.

You’ve made it clear many times that you prefer that this team loses a lot of games this season so they can draft high again. I know you believe it’s the right thing to do for the long haul but don’t try to pretend that you’re not in favor of losing.

I don’t care who your QB is, 9 times of out 10 if you’re letting people get to him, he’s gonna get knocked out. Brodie always bounces back and he will again. Let’s just hope for the teams sake that Damon can keep us on track until Croyle makes his return. I’m just not up for rolling the dice on QB draft pick that maybe will and maybe won’t get us to where we want to be in 5 years. What’s sick is refusing to see what will likely happen to this team if Croyle ends up not being the answer. You think we have a rebuilding project now??? Be careful for what you wish for Adam.

You are blaming Tony G. for that pick? Huard locked into him and threw into double coverage. I rewound my DVR four times. He threw right in Tony’s area, so I seriously doubt that was the wrong route.

By the way, I love how it is always Bowe or DVD or even Tony G’s fault for running the route, and never the quarterback’s. How does anybody not on the team or coaching staff even know what the route was supposed to be?

I think people are getting carried away in thinking we are ready to win now. Sure, we played them tough, but Matt Cassel was their quarterback–not Tom Brady. Besides, we would be ready to win now if we had some actual quarterback play.

I just know Brodie isn’t the answer. He can’t even make it through a quarter of a season without getting hurt. Forget about opinion’s on his talent, the point is that he will never be able to stay on the field.

One of my favorite sayings, “80 percent of success is just showing up.” That doesn’t give us very good odds with Brodie, now does it.

It’s not that I hate Croyle, it’s just that I think he is terrible for this rebuilding project, that he will hold it back. It’s also the absolute ga-ga love affair some Chiefs fans have over a guy who is 0-7 as a starter and has gotten knocked out of three of those games.

Really sick of talking about this guy. What more is there to talk about? HE CANNOT STAY ON THE FIELD.

Huard, our backup QB btw, got picked because his receiver didn’t run his route. You’re going to blame Huard for that? Besides, I’m not even saying Huard is a franchise QB; I’m saying he played as well as any backup could be asked to.

I honestly do not understand why you’re so hell-bent on drafting a QB next year. Doing that is pretty much guaranteed to keep us out of contention for at least 5 years from now. What I saw yesterday is a Chiefs team that’s wants to and is ready to compete . . . now. What game were you watching?

As down on Brodie as you seem to be, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if you’re still sticking with (hoping for?) your pessimistic 4-12 prediction.

Brodie Croyle made zero big plays, and Damon Huard threw a pathetic pick and took way more sacks than any QB with guts ever would have. One can’t say that Brodie DOES have the talent or the chops either. What did he prove yesterday? That he can’t stay on the field. If you remember, I’m the one who said I didn’t want him to get hurt so we could give him the whole year. But he already got hurt in the first game after getting hurt in twice last year? Man.

I get it now, though. If Bowe watched hunting DVDs, had a hot wife, never won a game he started and didn’t call himself nicknames everyone would be cool with him.
