Stray Arrows: Andre' Woodson, Anyone?

According to ESPN, the Giants have cut rookie and former star Kentucky QB Andre’ Woodson. I’m not as high on him as I was half a year ago, but I think he would be a dramatic improvement over Tyler Thigpen (who wouldn’t be at this point?). If you ask me, I think he’s David Garrard Lite, and I like Garrard. The Chiefs should take a look. Check out this video…
He has talent, at least much more than Thigpen. Bring him in.

When you are a young team like we are you should be watching all of the cuts to see what you can find.
On a side note it is so good to have football back!

If the Chiefs want to make it up to me for releasing Sipp–and I ‘m sure they could give two shits–they’ll sign Simms when he gets released.

August 30th, 2008 at 5:55 pmAndre Woodson is the result of “the experts” not giving coverage pre draft. Matt Ryan is all hype. I am not kidding, one of the factors in me losing my JOB was me screaming at my monitor EVERYTIME Woodson would come up in the draft (Between rounds 4-6) to draft him.
If he comes to KC, I will let him prove me wrong with my Tom Brady pick philisophy with him. FYI Tom was #199, Woodson was #198.
