Not sure how it worked out for him legally, but I think the `Horns dumped him after that. He could turn out to be Ricky Light(weight) - especially in that prison yard Shanny's running up there in ponyboyland. But I don't think there was much doubt, when healthy and not smoking pot and getting caught, he was penciled in as the starter.
