I didn't find AA until you were well on your way to 1000 posts, but I'm hanging with xxxlp on this one - here for 10,000 more and long-winded too!

Congrats to all you guys for preserving my sanity during the dAwGdaYz of the NFL when even the Star can't find something to write about our guys everyday. I'd be climnbing the walls without the Addicts here.

Not sure I like the B-Rich moniker. It's so close to Bitch.

I kinda doubt that B-Rich will beat out anybody for a starting position but I think there is very good chance he would see significant 2nd half reps in any game where the Chiefs show success with the run. His M.O. is primarily run-blocking mauler - in other words, just the guy you want late in the game to beat up on tired DLs.

sweet action on the 1,000 posts, this place is so cool....anyways does anybody think that B-Rich can beat out Adrian Jones for the guard spot or anybody else for any other spot?

Chiefs Agree to Terms with T Barry Richardson

Kansas City Chiefs President Carl Peterson announced on Wednesday that the club has agreed to terms of a three-year contract with T Barry Richardson. As per Chiefs policy, no other terms of the agreement were made available. Richardson is third Chiefs draft choice to agree to contract terms, joining fourth-round selection WR Will Franklin (105th overall) and fifth-round selection CB Brandon Carr (140th overall).

Richardson (6-6, 319) joined the Chiefs as the club’s first of two sixth-round picks (170th overall) in the 2008 NFL Draft. He played in 49 games (45 starts) during his four-year career at Clemson. Richardson started every game over his final three seasons for the Tigers, earning first-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference honors in 2006 and 2007.

As a senior, he anchored an offensive line that led the ACC in scoring at 33.1 points per game and finished second in the ACC with 403.2 yards of total offense per contest. The Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina native was a three-year starter on the offensive line at Wando High School.

Hell yeah, personally I'm not leaving until I see post number 10,000. So have fun listening to my long ass posts and long-winded commentary :).
