It's the Dynasty Sign (Diamond) for Roc-a-Fella (records) which is where roca-wear came from.

Yeah I think it may be intended to go both ways there.

And it's not Jay-Z's record label, it's his clothing line. RocaWear. They endorse LJ instead of, say, Nike or Reebok or Underarmor or Adidas or something. He also has the RocaWear logo cut into his hair.

I always just assumed it was totally do do with his RocaWear endorsement with Jay-Z. But it's cool that it works both ways.

On topic though, I still fear for the offense this year if we have Damion McIntosh and Adrian Jones making up our right side. That could definitely be trouble for the passing game and the running game.

On a side note, has anybody else noticed that the "Roc" symbol Larry Johnson holds up after touchdowns actually forms the initials "LJ"?
