I would say that the draft is pretty average. We got a few players who play a lot. Nothing else. That's pretty average (and maybe a little higher if Svitek gets more playing time.) The same goes if you are grading 6th round picks that do not make it. This draft was not a bad draft for the Chiefs. We got DJ and Colquitt, plus the trade for Surtain. Not great, but we did get two good pieces out of it. Now, if Svitek turns into a good player, it would be a decent draft. The problem with the Vermeil drafts is that we did not hit enough on later round picks.
