Compounding his awfulness, was his bad attitude, timid playing style, piss-poor hands and insistence on celebrating after even the most routine of catches. After Ryan Sims and Kendrell Bell, well, and Eddie Drummond, too, the guy is probably my least favorite Chiefs of the decade. Good riddance, Uno Ocho. Bum! I understand the hate–he was awful. He was immature, but he's grown up. He was a clutz with the ball but has become much more reliable with his hands. And in 2005, in the right system, he would've had potentially over 800 yards if he played a full season. This is just a pure case of a guy who was miscast in the wrong system after a coaching change. He would've thrived in Vermeil's system, in my opinion. And he's never going to be a fit as a #2 receiver in Herm's more west coast oriented offense. If you put him in the slot or in a more Coryell offense, he can be a productive receiver. I wish him the best and apologize to him that he's been a punching bag for really no good reason.
