Another Visit: Blocking TE Michael Gaines

Big Michael Gaines, formerly of the Bills, could visit with the Chiefs as soon as today. The 280-pound glorified tackle could be Chan Gailey’s new Jason Dunn. By the way, don’t click on that link. The Kansas City Star’s latest on the Chiefs will really piss you off when you read about the offensive line.
This is the kind of under the radar signing we need to upgrade our team.

March 1st, 2008 at 9:42 amJust a few days ago I was saying that we needed a blocking TE so I am happy with this……….BUT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AFTER SOME REAL SIGNINGS!!……Your right Adam, I didn’t want to read that article…..by the way for those making fun of me for wanting Vilma….did you see that the Saints only had to give up a 4th rounder for him…..knowing that the Chiefs are going to get a Linebacker anyways, who would you rather get…..Williams or Vilma…..by the way you shouldn’t have to even think about that question, everyone here was sleeping on this one!
