According to Yahoo!’s Jason Cole, yes, Josh Brown signing with the Chiefs is a definite possibility:

This wasn’t something we campaigned for, mainly because we didn’t think the Chiefs would spend the money. Still, this would be an awesome signing, something that could potentially help change my mood about the Chiefs’ front office. Let’s do this!
Update 11:00:00 CST: Adam Teicher reports that both Brown and Jeff Faine could potentially visit as soon as today.
Update 12:55:07 AM CST: WPI reports that Brown will visit St. Louis before Kansas City. What about Jeff Wilkins? 35 isn’t that old for a top-notch kicker. The post also looks at all the Chiefs who will not be back.

Just say were Chris Bober has also been cut. We have to do something big in free agency. We are talking about 14 to 15 guys who won’t be back from last year. They can fill all those spots through the draft and rookie free agents.
