AUTHOR: Adam Best | IN: Draft | COMMENTS: 9 Comments

Potential franchise quarterback Matt Ryan plummeted all the way to the eighth spot, where the Baltimore Ravens did not hesitate to scoop him up. Now, one of their rivals are on the clock. But who will ROC27 and the Cincinnati Bengals select? A cornerback? A safety? A tackle? A linebacker? That team has plenty of holes, and really only is strong at defensive end and skill positions. Again, stay tuned…

  1. John says:

potential is the key word…I don’t think he is good enough yet to warrant a pick from a team without a glaring need at QB, and he may very well fall all the way to the Ravens in the real Draft.

  2. Adam says:

Fair enough. But the Ravens would have to pick him there. I still think we at least have to take a long look at him.

  3. redbeard says:

Ok Adam I looked at him and I say no…:)

  4. redbeard says:

I still wish to know what people will do and say when the chiefs take wideout M. Kelly out of Oklahoma…hahaha

  5. Adam says:

If he ends up being the best player on the board, I’m cool with it.

  6. ROC27 says:

Well, as hard as it is for me to pretend Im any other team than KC, I (as Cincy) can see that we have great recievers, Carson Palmer isnt all that bad… he’s great actually. Defense is actually what The Bengals need. "We" need to stop putting Robert Geathers into a linebacker spot whenever "we’re" short a man in the corp…. Therefore, I’m gonna go ‘head and take USC LB Keith Rivers. He should be able to help the defense not get crapped all over…. LIKE LJ DID ALL DAY BABY!!!!!!

  7. Double D says:

Perfect pick for Cincy, I’d say.

  8. Jason says:

Great pick, I actually think this is who will be selected as well.  Another option is corner, but I think Rivers ability to make plays will win out.  And yes that was not good having Robert Geathers as an OLB.

  9. John says:

Yeah, he was embarassed by Gonzalez quite a bit…of course even coverage LB’s have trouble with him
