Chiefs Take Ellis, J-E-T-S On The Clock

by Chiefs

Donovan decided to go with what he thought was the best player available, DT Sedrick Ellis. Some Chiefs fans are applauding the pick and the others are asking why Ryan Clady wasn’t the pick. I am sure we will discuss this throughout the entire first round. I am surprised that Matt Ryan is still on the board and I think the Ravens are getting rather happy.

For now Herm’s old team is on the clock, so that means Jeremy it’s your time to make your selection.

In my opinion Gholston is the only player for Ohio St. who hasnt been over rated...honestly.

and I think he is the player that they will end up drafting... he will provide them with a great rush.

We will have to wait and see, but I think with him opening a restaurant here, Gunther praying to get him back,  and him getting the chance to catch TDs might help our chance to re-sign him. Still dont be surprised if we dont franchise him and then work on the contract. Just usually how these things happen.

ok Jeremy, you caught them off guard...so to speak... I dont think they were ecspecting you to pick so quickly...lol

wats the update wit jarad allen i hope we give him a long term franchinsing him is gonna piss him off im worried i hear shit he wants to plan in san fran

FYI:  Chiefs S Greg Wesley is a cap casualty candidate this offseason.Wesley is scheduled to make $2.8 million in 2008, far too much for a third safety. The Broncos showed interest in Wesley before last October's trade deadline.Source: Denver Post

Jets take  Vernon Gholston.  They need alot of help.  Defense is the most important.
