In this league that is now filled with 2-back systems, Dallas has one of the best one in Marion the Barbarian, and Julius Jones. I just heard on NFL Total Access last night that Dallas, aka Jerry Jones, is trying to work with Miami to make a deal for the number one pick in the draft, so he can get McFadden. He’s going to offer both his number 1 draft picks, AND Marion Barber. Jesus Christ, if he offers that the Dolphins would be STUPID not to take that, they’d have 2 awesome backs in Ronnie Brown and Marion Barber, and 2 picks in the first round to start building this team around their running backs. Each of those guys has enough gas in the tank for AT LEAST 5-6 more years, and they’d be able to last even longer if they stay in a 2-back system. Or, they could trade either of them (pro bowl caliber guys) for another first round pick, and have 3 chances to make major immediate upgrades on their team. Right now the Dolphins, if this trade is made, look like they are in a great position to get things done.

Ok… Well, that was easy. Good Riddance "Rick"… (that was the easiest Ive EVER seen a Raider fan flee). Anyway, back to more relevant things… DMC going to Dallas wouldnt kill me as much as if he went to Oakland. Yet, I DONT want McFadden to be boobie trapped in Dallas. I dont get it, they ALREADY have a guy in the backfield who can carry the load, its retarded!

I think Jerry Jones might even try trading up farther than the 5th pick to get him, now that I think about it. Jerry Jones has something like 40 draft-day-trades, and only 3-4 of them don’t involve a number 1 pick in some way. He’s a machine at moving around on draft day, he sees a guy he likes and goes after him. Usually his ideas work out well, also. As much as I hate the Cowgirls, I can’t disagree that drafting with them is pretty nice. I think he’ll move up around 3rd, maybe 2nd, to make sure he lands McFadden, if he does like the kid that much. But I can still pray. lol

Hey all, if McFadden is still on the board at 5, then I think Dallas’s two first round picks, their second round pick, and a consideration pick in the future based on production (3rd, 4th or 5th) would be great. We could pick up a talented speedster at WR, or CB with our first pick. Then get either a DT, OLB, CB, or T with our second first round pick, depending on how things shake out. Then get a Tackle with our Second round pick. Then with our Second, second round pick go guar, CB, OLB. If we can pull it off there is alot of value to having the top five pick, if not and our guy is still there, you grab him.

Wow, did i hit a nerve. I was 13 when my dad took me to see oakland play KC in a playoff game. It was rainy and overcast. The Raiders won with Lamonica throwing bombs all day. I was hooked. I hope my team gets better. I hope your’s don’t but ya gotta admit its gonna be fun…..I will leave your site alone now….. "Just win baby"

Reference Points: Warren Sapp, Charles Woodson, RANDY MOSS, For crying out loud! And WITHIN the team, Jerry Porter, Dominic Rhodes, Kurt Morrison, the list goes on and on… I REALLY hope Run DMC DOESNT FALL to Chokeland… NOT cause Im scared he’ll tear us apart… Cause He WILL disappear into what RICK & other Raider Fans call the ” The Black (butt) Hole”… Waste of talent.

The nerve of this clown… Why is there even a Raider fan here?? Not Cool… Big Ups to xxxlp, for the memories… Dude, Its not so much that the players Chokeland aquired sucked, its more like the RAIDERS suck. Its like curse. When A player puts on the Black & Silver, they are destined to fail… These guys had and still have top notch players, but they dont know how to utilize them and bring forth the best in them.

I like how he calls out our failed draft picks. Which, btw, John Tait is not one of. A solid right tackle, was a starter here (an effective one, as you should know) and has been a starter in Chicago for the past what, 4 years? Sorry, can’t remember exactly when he was traded. But let’s take a trip down memory lane Rick, clear back to 2000-until present, and look at the Raider’s first round picks, shall we? 2000, Sebastian Janikowski. A kicker.. Need I say more? Solid kicker, yes, but a first rounder? Negative, chief. 2001, safety Derrick Gibson, replaced by the 1st round pick of 2006, because he was ineffective. Also known as a BUST, or a NON-HOUSEHOLD NAME, as you’d like to term it. 2002, LB Napoleon Harris, no comment on that, it’s self explanatory. 2002, also, Phillip Buchanon, CB, lasted 3 years in Oakland before becoming a Texan? Weak. Aka: Bust. 2003, Tyler Brayton, DE, Has played in over 70 career games, at both DE/LB, and has less than 20 sacks? Are you kidding me? Bizzust. 2003, also, Nnamdi Asomugha, CB, finally. A top notch pick. This guy is the poor man’s Champ Bailey, a good player overall, and a household name, even if people cannot pronounce it, haha. 2004, Robert Gallery, OT, a bust of monumental proportions. Hasn’t worked out at either tackle position, after being billed as the next ‘Can’t-Miss-Pick’. 2005, Fabian Washington, yes that’s right, ANOTHER CB, 3 top CB’s in 4 years? Tsk, tsk. Fabian is not that bad of a player, but got picked on at times because Nnamdi was locking up the other receiving options, he’s not as good as Nnamdi, but still has promise, so can’t label him a bust… Yet . 2006, Michael Huff, a solid player who is progressing and getting alot of help thanks to solid corners backing him up, Huff is far from a bust, but far from a superstar, his rookie year he started all 16 games, and had no sacks, no picks, no fumble recoveries. And last but not least.. well, kind of, 2007, QB JaMarcus Russell. Has a cannon for an arm, but hasn’t shown me at least that he can be anything special in the NFL. People seem to forget that in college, people were clamoring for Flynn in LSU, because Russell was sucking it up. He was so close to being benched it wasn’t funny, but they let him stick it out and he had 2 good games, one of which was against Notre Dame I think? I can’t remember the other one, sorry, but He was 1 pick, or 1 stupid play away from being yanked, and he turns into the Raiders number 1 pick, who did almost nothing during this regular season, while costing them boatloads. Got. To. Love. It.
