I’ve heard over and over again that Larry Johnson is selfish from fans and pundits, but I’ve never heard one of the coaches or one of his teammates say that. the only exception is Dick Vermeil and the “diapers” comment, and that was like four years ago. Additionally, every time I hear L.J. cut an interview he says all the right things.
I’d like to see Chiefs fans go into next season with an open mind about Larry. From what I can tell, the guy is not only a phenomenal player, but also a helluva guy.

THANK YOU! I like LJ. Now i know that he was asking for a lot during his holdout but i like him and i think that he did deserve more than the 2.7 mill we were paying him but i do NOT think he deserved the 36 or whatever he wanted. But i like LJ and hope he has another great year
You have to give him a chance to earn it. Last year, he didn’t have that due to a pathetic line and an injury.

Thank you! John, you’re a winner in my book. I was expecting a battle on this one, and was relieved that the L.J. haters have temporarily ceased fire. Maybe they are distarcted thinking about the draft or looking for potential L.J. trading partners?
LJ has gotten a bad rap becuase people like Jason Whitlock dont like it when a young dude enjoys his life/success; heaven forbid someone want to hang out with Jay-z. Around here though that makes him a villian.
