I like the hire and now have focused on Gailey's staff; Offensive Line Coach-Bob Bicknell. Asst OLine coach from last year with the Chiefs. This is a flag and hope its not the same approach we used with Solari. I don't know the history or the logic in keeping him. Comments? Wide Receivers Coach-Karl Dorrell. While he was receivers coach with Denver before he was UCLA Head Coach, this smells of the Peterson connection. Having been out here in LA and seen the Bruins play, this hire is questionable at best (even though the Chiefs have a history of bringing in coaches who were on other AFC West teams). Running Backs Coach - Curtis Modkins. Was on Gailey's staff at Georgia Tech and probably was discussed during Chan's 2nd interview. To date only familiar face Chan will have on his staff. What I don't see is QB Coach. Are we keeping the QB Coach from last year? Brodie has playing time to slow down the game, but clearly his next step is recognizing defensive schemes.

I'm pretty sure they are going to fix the O-line, considering every other sentence about the Chiefs -- whether from fans, the team, the media -- is about how horrid that unit is. The line will get fixed. Carl knows he won't sell out the 'Head if he doesn't, no matter how many free hats he gives out.

our team isnt that bad we have stars we have some kids...... corners are aging,& linebacker wont be far behind in a couple years, as long as they can finally take care of this o-line, then we will see an improvement... this team can win next year... and will * IF THEY BETTER THE O-LINE * both in free agency and in the draft...if they dont then Chan will be our next scapegoat
