Schmitty is a bruiser with wheels. If he's there for us in the 3rd round, we better damwell get him. If he's not, then Peyton Hillis in either the 4th or 5th round would be my #2 choice.

Kid looks like a stud, and I've been saying all year how we need a legitimate fullback for our offense to ever work. To be compared to Bronko is quite a compliment., but overall I think a 3rd is too early for a fullback, free agency or later rounds I think we could still find a FB, I'd be hesitant to take a FB too early because if you look around the league at good run blocking FB's, they all have been in the league a few years. For some reason you don't see many good run blocking FB Rookies.

Dont get me wrong people but I have said it again this year as with last year... even more so now... O-linemen... if the off season free agents are very good linemen their respective teams are niot going to let them go. We need to draft them... and I still here here and elswhere,(see not just you guys, lol) ... that we shouldnt draft and reach for players... well even in your draft you have quite a few OTs being drafted...lol so without getting one in the first... that would leave us with a back up tackle... then I see people wanting to draft all these non linemen after the first...lol I guess people will pass on another years drafting of a lineman.

Don't write off Kris Wilson yet, CWebb...let's try throwing a few more fades in his direction. Nobody goes up and gets it like Krilson!

I think hBoom will end up playing special teams somewhere, and maybe get a look at fullback for a team who's further away from contending (although half of you would say teams like that don't exist, I couldn't disagree more). In retrospect, almost feel like the Chiefs connedus because of our love for Boomer. In serious playoff team isn't going to undertake in an experiment like that.

Know what makes me sad? We all kinda agree that Boomer's out, that he can't do this, he can't do that--Hey, I'm with all of you on that. But really, he hasn't gotten the kind of chance to make an on-the-field impression as a Kris Wilson (RIP). You guys know what I mean? I think he's gone, sure, but I can't help but think that maybe he didn't have the oppurtunity on the field as his oppurtunities off of it.

New question: if he's cut, will other teams look at him as a FB or as a LB again?
