Petersen is doing his best.  I would let Petersen go not based on this year but the fact that he has had almost two decades to get something done and has failed.  I would not fire Edwards, because I beleve a head coach should get three years to do something, although I really do not like Herm's philosophy.  It might be a good thing that we went 4-12, there is no sugar coating that and wide spread changes must be done!!  GO CHIEFS!!!!! If I was a general manager and all my supervisors and general employees were no good at doing their job, I would expect the owner to fire me and find someone who could "Manage" those poeple to become more successful.   Especially after 19 years.  I think he's great at half of what he does - the business administrative side of the job - but he seems to be falling short on the employee management side of his position.
