I think Herm, and his staff, should be given another season, it's only been two years.  Carl and the other executives however, I'm not so sure the Chiefs wouldn't be better off cleaning house up stairs where they roam.  Bring in a new GM, if Herm does well and seems to show he knows what he's doing, if not, then the new GM can hire his guy. I like your idea about a young upcoming coach. I don't agree with Adam on Mike Martz. I think he is too much of an ego-maniac and can try to undermind a head coach.<br /><br />I am amazed how bad our OL is when we have an OC that was a former OL coach.
