- As always, Chris’ post-game analysis is a must read this week. I’ll have my thoughts on the Chiefs last game, the season and the future up sometime before Turkey Day. - Arrowhead Pride
- Big surprise — Larry Johnson is out for the Raiders game. We don’t exactly know what’s wrong, but for now he’s still a week-to-week guy. I think he’s done for the year, and that the Chiefs are just stalling to prevent a media backlash. Priest Holmes and Kolby Smith will once again share the running back duties. - The Kansas City Star
- Saturday’s Border War between the #2 Kansas Jayhawks and #4 Missouri Tigers (I just puked in my mouth) at Arrowhead is going to get a little nuts. Why? Because beer will be sold. Lots of it. Personally, I hope the Jayhawks beat the Tigers, then I hope the Beakers lose to Oklahoma in the Big 12 Championship. After that I hope whichever of the three teams is lucky enough to get a BCS bid gets blown out in its bowl game. Yes, I’m a bitter K-State fan. - Sports By Brooks
- Lastly, my latest project — the first ever The Carny Awards, aka The Carnies. - Epic Carnival
