Right now, all we know is that the Chiefs are calling Larry Johnson’s injury a simple ankle sprain. Still, ankle sprains can be problematic, and can definitely keep a player out from anywhere from a week to six weeks (depending on the severity of the sprain).
If L.J. has to miss any time, then Priest Holmes would be the Chiefs’ interim starting running back. While I like Priest and think he looked OK today, it was clear to me that he wasn’t as effective as No. 27. Maybe he’ll look better with more looks, and also as he gets use to the contact once again and regains his game conditioning. Hopefully, L.J. is OK. For now, cross your fingers and pick up Priest in all fantasy leagues if he is available.
I’m still too upset about the loss to even really talk/write about it. I’ll put that off until tomorrow, when I’ll finally have to face the inevitable Chiefs hangover head on.

What can I really say, you guys won. We have "Arrowhead Advantage" each week just to get the smack going. I still hate the cheeseheads and Atari Bigby almost cost you the game. Too bad LJ got hurt and we don't have an OL, maybe we would have had a better outcome.

NO DOUBT I was screaming to call a play when Aikman and Buck were practically telling GB to challenge. I look up, see Hrbac in the huddle and couldn't believe it. However the ref was right in front of him on the spot… I think the Cheifs not hustling there cost them the game.
So is Larry Johnson out for the season? Anyone heard. I have seen rumors that LJ broke his foot and will be out for the rest of the year. Checking other sites, officials are saying that he will be back in a couple of games. What is it? Anyone know?
