Forcing a Vikings blog to make it “Kansas City Chiefs Day” — priceless!
I will say this, though, Vikings fans stuck around and threw down after the game. There was one guy riding around on a miniature bicycle that rolled up on our tailgate and took about four big swigs out of a handle of Jose Cuervo. That was right before he fell off that bike. Yeah, he was headed back to the Minneapolis last night. Here’s hoping that guy got back home to The Twin Cities safely and witnessed Chiefs Day over on The Viking Age.
I do have one big complaint for Vikes fans, though. I know money doesn’t grow on trees, but I think I saw more Randy Moss Vikings jerseys than any other Vikings player. Probably more than Adrian Peterson and Chris Carter combined. Let’s catch up with the times a bit. That goes for Chiefs fans rockin’ the Dante Hall jerseys, too. I wonder if there is anywhere that can switch the “Hall” nameplate to “Bowe” on the cheap. Might be something to look into, Chiefs fans.
