I'm not keen on Mike Solari's choices. I'm unsure how much Herm's conservatism plays into the gameplan. What I do know is that we don't have the weapons on the offensive side of the ball to play a "take what the defense gives us" sort of gameplan. We have to be more aggressive in attacking their weaknesses.Twice in the first quarter LJ and then once MB ran to the left side for gains over 6 yards... WHY on EARTH did we abandon the run... moreso... Where was the play-action pass??? These little 2 to 3 yard slant patterns and dumpoffs underneath aren't going to work in Week 4. Once a defensive coordinator worth his job get's the film and breaks down our tendencies, we're going to be as predictable as an episode of Scooby Doo.The offense appears to be playing scared. There seems to be no desire to dominate their opponents, to punch them in the mouth and enforce our will. Field position football (Herm's game) only works if you're able to execute the gameplan. It's a huge detriment if you get the ball in poor field position and you go 3 and out and then give it back to your opponent. At this point they're not executing and it's brutal to watch.

To think we did that bad against Houston. The season is really over if they continue to play that bad.

Croyle would get absolutely murdered out there behind that o-line. I'd be impressed if he lasted a game.Medlock sucks.Coaching sucks. Too predictable.I'm not going to blame Pollard necessarily too much on that TD, playing cover 2 has disadvantages, like ending up with one of your young safety's on Andre Johnson 1 on 1.
