Apparently, the problem stems from when they put their print edition stuff online.  The pictures look good in print...but not so much online.  They said they were working on it.I was very impressed with their response and should definitely get some props for at least trying their best to fix the problem. Lord knows I've been harping on their case about it for a while too. I e-mailed somebody at the Star about a week ago or so about the picture issues and they quickly got back to me.
