The Pink Panty Club

I decided that I would start a gameday feature called The Pink Panty Club. My brother and I had a junior high (middle school) football coach that gave out a weekly award called the Pink Panty Club. Obviously, this motivated players to not end up on that list. So I decided since I can’t really do this to my players in this day and age, I would do it for my Chiefs. So here it goes:

3. MLB Napoleon Harris - I am sorry if you want to defend him go ahead, but he looked timid out there. I saw a bunch of plays where he was running around blocks and avoiding taking blockers on. I need to see more from a middle linebacker.

2. OT Will Svitek – He got beat all night like a red-headed stepchild who stole something (yes, I went there). He was just damn awful. I understand some of it is his agility, but damn, son, you looked AWFUL!

1. S Chad Williams – I know, I know, he is not even a second-string player, but he was one of the most scared-looking NFL players I have seen in a long time. He is supposedly a hard-hitter, unfortunately he will be hitting the waiver wire hard soon.
