if they dont then everybody who thinks LJ is so great… will be crying why did we draft a reciever and why did we draft that corner.

both of those guys are right tackle guys…neither is good enough to be our left tackle…Mac may not be the best guy out there, certanly not the next coming of william roaf but he is a left tackle with quick feet and a decient snap off the ball…. he will most likely work well with watters…what bothers me the most is that we have not even one lineman we have drafted that is even close to being a starter… who will be our lineman… in the next two or three years??? we might not even have wiegman and watters by then… with that said the chiefs need to draft at least one top round lineman the next few years….

i thought svitek looked decent. nothing compared to how bad chris terry looks, oh my gosh. svitek played a MUCH better game than terry…

svitek is an ok tackle but hes a right tackle,… Mac is the best we got….. the problem for those who dont understand this is that a left tackle… as a left tackle… he needs to be able to pick up the end and or a lb or saftey or corner off his outside… its speed in the feet … shifting wieght and foot steps to allow leverage against these multiple players… When you watch the next game and they show the line of scrimage and the left tackle, he will be the main person moving even without the other lineman… Roaf had the quickest feet of any left tackle I have ever seen… ALT was great at this as well… on occasion the left guard will help but his job is from the left guard spot to center, unless pulling.
