River Falls… Finally!

We drove all the way from Springfield, MO to St. Paul, MN last night. We didn’t really plan on that, it just took us that long to find a decent hotel room. We started looking for rooms in Ames, IA and didn’t find a nice/affordable one with vacancy until 4:00 AM, basically all the way to River Falls. We’re about to walk in and meet some of the players, and we couldn’t be more psyched.  I got my Gates on the way, Zach shaved his head and we both got plenty of sleep. After a half year of waiting, we finally get to see our Kansas City Chiefs play. We’ll be watching both the defense and offense, so we’ll hit you with an update sometime soon. Until then, this is what sports blogging is all about — going to ridiculous lengths to see your team/support your cause!

P.S. – Just to let all you Chiefs fans know, Best Value Inn has Internet (even in the parking lot).
