Adam, come on. In real life, you ask for the raise, keep working — which involves going — hard, maybe even turn it up a notch, and wait. Ultimately, you decide how long you'll tolerate the waiting, and if it hasn't happened you ask again. Perhaps you repeat this process one last time before you start looking elsewhere or tender your two-weeks notice.

people argue contracts, and why , and how… its simple people stop with all the crying on both sides… this is a restructer extention contract nothing more… and he will get it. *but I guess people like to go back over it again and again, and yes he is at fault if he holds out during the regular season…as you put it if you had a job and they didnt give you more than what you agreed to… you aint going to another job in the same field either,….(not that year)people say he only has so many years… phewy he didnt know that when he signed,….. I dont care that we had holmes then, that doesnt matter, he signed the paper…if he doesnt want to re-new his contract for what Carl wants to pay him , then so beit, but he signed for this year he better get on the feild and play … if he dont I dont care how good he is I dont want to watch a tweo faced lyer play anyways then.

but if you go into it and demand your money dont be surorised if they dont give it to you either… , I understand your point but that point negates a *CONTRACT*…period. ….. besides like it says …no way in hell he dont get a new contract, and for one I dont care what they pay him…lol, … and for preist….. oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we now have a great third down back and a great relief guy for johnson who even last year asked for a breather every now and then… why not holmes? can you imagin if they throw them both out there on the goal line…..hahahahahahaha
