Listen, dude — what about this idea? Serve the time on the contract you already effin' signed. You know, be a man of your word. It's not up to LJ to determine that he should get paid anything more than what he agreed to until his contract is up. He's always talking about his father this and his father that and everything he's learned along the way. I'm not interested in hearing any of that horse puckey until he demonstrates some virtue and respectability in front of his fans. Therefore, none of this "official" holdout business means anything to me. Johnson should be in camp, on time, ready to play this season out, and then be ready do negotiations.

No. I'm saying that when they just drafted A.P. and have Chester Taylor as well, then what's really the point. Plus, the Vikes might feel that they are too far away from success to trade for L.J. at his age (in running back years, anyway).
