it will still depend on the O-line...I think we needed to draft a lineman ...but oh well... the Chiefs seem to be saticfied with the people they have... hope they are right his time...LJ's numbers fell off last year...with a horrible line watch his sparks fly... and with the Recievers I like ECK!!!!! and no draft pick for him.

Last year I didn't have much confidence in our recievers. Every time it was 3rd and long, I knew we were screwed.

your exactly right we need to sign him i was watching nfl live the other night and espn's sayin he could hold out until the middle of the season but idk i think if huard was in that playoff game it could have been alot different i mean tynes missing the chip shot and trent tripping down the score should have been either 23-15 or 23-16 and thats a whole new ballgame in my perspective.

This whole myth behind chiefs having poor receivers is very silly. Why is it that analysts and such think that just because your not putting up big stats means your not a good receiver. People need to start looking at value not as a figure but more as what they do for their respective team. The reason chiefs Wr's dont put up big numbers is because they have always been a run orientated team. Its very differcult to find a balance that will provide for both receivers and backs to put up big numbers. Heres something that i picked up from last season. This is why i beleived that Haurd had to play the rest of the season and the playoff games. Haurd was very good for the chiefs because he spread the ball around to all the chiefs receivers. Not just Kennison and gonzalez. (Greens problem) This is why we were winning, the opposing defences couldnt just zone in on our key weapons and shut us down. Thats why i like Haurd, he made our receiving corps look decent or even good. I could make refence to tom Brady. He has never had elite wide receivers but he still wins games. Thats what the chiefs need to do. Forget the Elite big play wide receivers and just concentrate on spreading the ball around and moving the chains. We differnetly have the talent now to do this. eg. Webb, Hannon, Eck, Bowe. This is why, ladies and gentleman, it is imparitive that we resign the Man-Beast Larry Johnson. He will provide a big threat and more importantly a big distraction to opposing defence's that we need in order to get our WR corps firing. He is the screws that hold together our engine.
